 CANCELATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking a reservation. As a courtesy, a 24-hour advance notice is required for any cancellations. Please keep in mind, your appointment time is reserved especially for you; not showing leaves your technician with an empty chair. In the event of a No-Show, 100% of the deposit for the scheduled service will be forfeited. 

LATE ARRIVALS:

Late arrivals may have time subtracted from their services, but will be responsible for full payment. We cannot guarantee as will be applied to your ppointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.   

PRICING:

To foster a customized experience, pricing for services will be discussed after in-office consultations. Please note there is a $50 deposit for consultations. This will go towards your service. If a service is not performed, it will go towards the consultation.
